Is your attic or basement filled with stuff that has been passed down through the years and several generations? You have reached the right on-line appraisal company that can appraise your property while working closely with auctioneers. Modern technology allows us to perform these tasks with minimum hassle to our customers and at a cost that is a fraction of traditional on-site appraisals.

We need quality photographs to determine the type of property you wish to dispose of. Ideally, digital pictures work best. The cost to take the pictures is nothing. Uploading the pictures, today, is far easier then it has ever been. The quality of the photos is improving every day. Once the pictures are uploaded, send us an email, whose address is: info@djonlineappraisals.com. There is no cost for an evaluation You will be sent, by email, the evaluation result. Should additional information about the property you want to be appraised is required, an email will be sent to you.

We can assist you in the selling of your property, by finding the most appropriate auctioneer interested in the personal property you wish to sell.We are PROFESSIONAL AUCTION FINDERS There is no additional charge for eventual sale.

There are certain restrictions that must be observed. DJ APPRAISALS can not appraise any property that involves a legal nature; such as probate, estates, trusts, divorces and insurance. Our sole goal is to work with you to help you dispose of property you no longer want.

DJ Appraisal Services has two principals. Both have served as expert witness.

Ms. Daryl Schafer is a past member of the International Society of Appraisers and is currently a member of Association of Online Appraisers. Her USPAP certification is valid until 2010. Her specialty is primarily residential contents and art. This includes, but not limited to, furniture, silverware, china and art.

Mr. Joel Forman is a Senior Accredited Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, as well as a Certified Member of Association of Online Appraisers. He has a Masters Degree in Valuation Science, a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. His USPAP certification is valid until 2010 . His specialty is collectibles. This includes, but not limited to, coins, stamps, comic books and Lionel trains.

There are certain types of properties that are highly controversial, such as Nazi era items and guns. These types of properties will not be appraised. If you are not sure, send an inquiry email. You will be promptly notified if the items you want appraised is considered controversial.

In summary, properties of a legal and controversial nature will not be considered. Everything else is within acceptable limits. We look forward to working with you.
